The Gobi area south of the Altai Mountains becomes extremely hot in summer and severely cold in winter. This tour is for adventure seekers who enjoy crossing the vast Gobi of Mongolia.

Day 1

Arrival in Ulaanbaatar: Transfer to hotel. Guides and drivers will greet you and transfer you to the hotel. Optional cities tour available.

Day 2

From Ulaanbaatar, travel to Elsen Tasarkhai and Khugnu Khan Mountain. Enjoy the unique landscape of the Khangai-Gobi transition zone, then continue to the town of Arvaikheer for overnight stay.
